We only collect personal data when you fill in the contact form on the site (homepage, contact page or a property page): name, email address, phone number, selected budget range (optional) and the content of your message. We do not create user accounts and do not collect any other personal data through the site.

How we use your data

Data submitted through the contact form is used solely to:

  • respond to your enquiry and put you in touch with the responsible agent;
  • send you, on request, further information about properties or the buying process.

We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given by filling in and submitting the contact form, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries we receive.

Who we share your data with

Your enquiry is passed on to the agent responsible for the property or area you contacted us about. The information about properties and guides shown on this site comes from a shared CRM platform (Supabase), which is not, however, used to store the data you send us through the contact form.

How long we keep data

We keep the data from the contact form only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, and afterwards for a reasonable period while the conversation remains relevant, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data;
  • request correction or deletion of your data;
  • request restriction of, or object to, processing;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
